Camera Ready Guidelines for Taylor and Francis Books

Based on the official ECCT 2026 Camera Ready PDF for Taylor & Francis Books.

Please read the following carefully. Here are the steps you must follow:

  • Please see the reviewers' comments for your paper at your author portal, which must be addressed.
  • If the reviewers' comments have not been addressed, your paper will not be included in the Taylor and Francis Book. Use the template to answer reviewers' queries/comments: Reviewer response template .
  • You must prepare your manuscripts in LaTeX format. The LaTeX template can be downloaded from: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1aeONvST-BcX_VGjNAI8PZ53NSV-4NTrK/view?usp=sharing

  • Write the author's name properly and sequentially. Make sure that a name means just a name. DO NOT include Dr./Prof./Graduate Student/Mr./Ms. etc. in the names.
  • Affiliations mean the name of the department, name of institute, and address of the institute with Zip Code. Add all authors' valid email addresses and mark the corresponding author in the author list.
  • Abstract: Ensure that it is concise and accurate and the word limits are between 150 and 250 words.
  • For more clarity and readability, please check the English of your paper by an expert or a native speaker.
  • Make sure that no part of this paper (including Figure/Table/Algorithm) is copied from other sources. The similarity shall be less than 20% overall and less than 4% from a single source. Exclude references while checking similarity. AI contents must be below 20%.
  • Make sure that all images/illustrations are from you and drawn by you. If redrawing from another source, include proper references and permissions as needed. Do not just download from a website or paper and put it in the paper.
  • Check formatting, spelling, punctuation, fonts, and numbering for sections, figures, tables, and references.
  • Acknowledgment section is optional; keep it concise.
  • Make sure that all references are 100% cited within the paper. Use Springer style for writing references and include DOI where available.
